極佳 Great 2 bedroom place for an excellent price. Check-in confused us a little as the keys were at the building next door. The apartment was nice, beds were comfortable and views were stunning. The property could use some maintenance, toilet roll holder was loose and roll kept falling off, the shower screen binds, the cord for the lamp on one side of the bed stretched to a GPO on the opposite side making the switch unusable. I would recommend a thinner blanket in the room, I was far too hot with the quilt supplied.

The area and the facility is good.what I didn’t like is the cleanliness.there was dust everywhere.the bathroom sinks were clogged with dirt such that they weren’t draining well.

The reception staff were excellent as Mitch explained everything to me regarding keys and access to the building.
On leaving I had left some items in the room and I was contacted within a couple of hours. Excellent service

Room was lovely. Clean and tidy. Had lots of potential. However oven was broken, shower flies off the rail and faucet leaks soaking anything on the bench.
Staff were not helpful, after mentioning the oven their response was “there’s a microwave”.

Room was clean but noticed that the some of the cooking equipment and utensils was not clean eg the mugs were disgusting cos they were all brown inside so we had to scrub inside. They hadn’t topped up on tea/coffee facility apart from that had an issue where we noticed the fridge was off so we had to chuck out the food we had in there and some of the power outlets weren’t working. Reported issue and they said it was due to faulty fuse so electric jug was not working at all either so just boiled water in saucepan.
