When we checked in, the room was not clean at all. It looked like it had only been tidied up rather than properly cleaned. The bathroom was dirty, the floor was dusty, and the overall cleanliness was very poor. Our room had three beds, and one of them was a portable/folding bed that was in bad condition. There was no proper blanket or duvet, only a bedsheet on the bed, which was very uncomfortable. The room was also extremely dark. The only lights were the small bedside lamps, so there was almost no proper lighting. There were no tissues in the room, and we had to use toilet paper instead. The Wi-Fi was incredibly weak and unreliable. The windows were poor quality and offered almost no sound insulation, so we could hear all the street noise, which made it very difficult to relax or sleep. Overall, the price we paid was far higher than the quality we received. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It genuinely ruined our trip.

This was the 2nd time I stay here and very good hotel stuff very helpful and very easy to deal with close to everything 👍👍

I always book same hotel when visiting Istanbul. Hotel is very convenient in terms of location. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious however we suffered from unavailability of internet connection on our floor (2nd).

Everything was good. The only issue we had the room was on the street too noisy and whatever you need you have to ask them for example ice, Ivan extra towels.

I didn't take breakfast but overall everything was perfect
