The room and the hotel were very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The shuttle services were very useful, especially when checking in and checking out with all of our luggage . The beach was our favorite as it wasn’t too busy and the water was great! The breakfast was actually really good. The restaurant food was okay, but not our favorite. The rooftop bar was great in the evening. Overall it was a good stay :)

The property is in prime location and the staff were lovely and the room was large and generous and with views that go on forever and are great to wake up to.

不錯 We had an excursion planned and used the free hotel shuttle to get to the center of Sorrento. The excursion was from 5:30-730. The return shuttle we booked for 8:30. We called the hotel to find out the pick up location and was told we were not at the 7:30 pick up. We informed them we booked for 8:30 not 730. They lied and said we booked for 730. And there was nothing they could do about it. Cost us over $50 to get back.

Nice little town with a lovely seaside hotel, it is a perfect starting point for daytrips. The hotel was clean, the staff was kind and helpful. The food was very delicious both at breakfast and in the restaurant.

This beautiful hotel was located literally on the water. We were there off season (March) so we had the place to ourselves. We had a room for three people with a small balcony. It was perfect. We were there for 2 days. They offer pickup /dropoff from the train station. Breakfast is abundant. They also set up a day trip to Capri with a pick up at the hotel.
