This hotel is beautiful well maintained with a garden theme. Only 4 minutes from the 5th ave, with clean facilities and polite staff. Management was very helpful letting us check in few hours earlier. Thank you.

Very centric place and always clean and very pretty. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. One of my favourite stays in playa del Carmen. Also includes plenty of parking.

Everything it was perfect from this guy it was helpful.

Great hotel

In general good,and fair price,however why i didnt rate as 5 star, because bathroom is stinky,smell like pee, really strong odor. Thats my only bad review in general is a nice hotel and convenient everything is around!!

The hotel is very nice, it is very well located. It has very good connections to transportation and food. The only thing that needs to be improved is the reception inside the internet rooms and there are no places where there is no good reception. In general, it is very good.

The rooms were a little too small but clean, the bathroom was clean but the toilet seat was rusty, very well situated, the areas outside was amazing it looks like a jungle, the staff was nice.

Everything was ok

Clean and quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, beaches. Skip the breakfast at the attached breakfast bar ... there's a nice little Mexican restaurant on the same block with excellent breakfast menu.

Very nice hotel in a great location just a few blocks away from 5th. Staff was fantastic and helpful with all our needs. Atmosphere is very tradition with the courtyard. The only negative was lack of water pressure in the shower but it was sufficient to get the job done. Would stay hear again. Few doors down was a great latin fast food joint which have great portions. Ate there twice. Location on main street and extremely safe.
