We loved our stay. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I usually struggle to get a good night sleep in hotel beds but not here, maybe the delicious margaritas helped. The floats provided in the pool were good fun. Easy access to the beach and convenient shuttle to downtown Key West.

Very nice setup by the pool. Drinks / food while swimming. Restaurant bar overlooking the pool. Enjoyed our stay!

The hotel exterior has weathered since we stayed in 2018. However, the suites did not change and they were in excellent shape. Food and drinks were excellent.
Finally, Smathers Beach was disappointing due to the sea weed accumulation. Key West should help in removing so access to water can be obtained by guests.

I have no complaints about the room and or housekeeping. The only thing I can say that needs improvement is some of the upkeep on the exterior of the buildings and the elevator was extremely hot inside. It was like riding in a sauna every time. Otherwise, the stay was very nice.

Nice hotel and convenient to Smather's beach right across the street and the view was amazing. All the staff were helpful and friendly. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Convenient shuttle to downtown and to the airport. Drinks from the bar were awesome but the food we had was just average but didn't eat there much. Overall, our stay was great. Did notice some ants but probably to be expected in Key West. Would stay again!
