Centrally located, large and clean full apartment style hotel.

The room we stayed had a smokey smell. While my sister room was dusty.

Fantastic stay.

At check in, we were notified there was no available parking. We had to park off property....and pay a daily rate every morning at 6am. The room was NOT clean. The garbage and recycling was FULL from the previous guests. We did not have clean towels, yet used ones were hung from previous guests. The floors were SO dirty our white socks are now black! We did not make coffee, yet the coffee area was stained with coffee spills when, the items were moved to give us more counter space. After speaking to the front desk, they said a deep clean would be completed the following day. Is this not completed before the guest checks in? I would NOT suggest this hotel to anyone.

Liked the 2bed/2 bath room we had. AC wasn't working very well on first few days because of heat wave and pool was pretty small to be shared between two hotels but otherwise great experience.

It was great

Enjoyed the location next to the parliament and byward market. Great place with clean rooms, kitchen, washing ands laundry services in the unit.

Walkable to all the historic buildings and museums.

Donna and I stayed at the hotel and, overall, our stay was fine. However, our checkout experience left us with a very poor impression. We were checking out one day early, and when I arrived at the front entrance around 8:30–9:00 a.m., the door was locked. I could see two staff members at the front desk, but instead of offering assistance, I was met with confused looks and gestures to press a button that wasn’t obvious or easy to find. After finally getting inside, I was greeted with an attitude that made me feel as though I had done something wrong or wasn’t capable of figuring out a simple door. I was only trying to check out early, yet the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. The rest of our stay was acceptable, but the way we were treated during checkout left a lasting negative impression that unfortunately overshadowed the rest of the visit.

Amazing place. Great location and price. Will rebook again
