Nice n handy to everything

we were booked in for 12 nights,they are renovating ,so for the first 3 days constant jackhammer all day long ,we moved out to a different resort, We have stayed at Ibis before a few times ,its usually very good ,the place should have been closed. We will go back once renos are complete

Average place, that is well positioned. It’s getting a bit old and tired. They definitely need 2 x new coffee machines. It would also be good to have some small hand towels in the bathrooms. All you get is your two usual towels for after showers. I could go on, however I’ve heard they might be renovating the place soon, so hopefully things will get better after that.

This is a great option in Legian! The staff were super awesome and kind. They were literally helpful in every way they could be. Now for the important basics—they had hot water that took no time at all get hot when turning on the shower, tons of shower pressure, they cleaned the rooms daily and changed the sheets, zero bugs or ants or anything you have to watch for in some places. The spa was nice, they offer a wide variety of treatments, like the deep tissue aromatic massage. The pool is leisurely. I used the laundry service at 50k idr a kilo and I saw a sign offering 24 hours bike rentals. Lastly, I emailed them through the email provided on the website and was able to arrange an airport pick up. If you know anything about arriving at DPS, it can be overwhelming if you don't book anything in advance.

Great location and the food was brilliant!

Great hospitality! My son and I needed somewhere to stay last minute as our accommodation we had previously booked fell through - these guys came through. The place is having renovations in April and although the rooms were comfortable, some areas were looking a little tired. Great pool area, good poolside food, lovely staff, and great location. We will be back! Thanks again to the team for looking after us.

The staff we extra helpful, friendly, and courteous. Rhe room was spacious and had a nice pool view.. Only negative was the pillows
