The room was terrible and overlooked an inner brick courtyard. We ordered a bowl and spoon be sent up from the front desk so our son could eat some cereal and no one ever showed up. We’ve stayed there before and loved the experience and location, but I think I’ll try a new hotel next time. Bummer because it’s close to the tube station.

Its very near gloucester road tube stion on Piccadilly line from heathrow -50 minutes for around 7£-and also on Circle/District lines that enable me to get to Lords and Oval to watch cricket .Plenty of places to eat in area and good bar in Hotel plus Bugis restaurant Singaporean food - I book single room -some are very tight especially bathroom but last time I commented on leaving and this time got better configured room -desk manager noticed my comment to checkout and arranged this .I use hotel for 10-12 nights a year and can recommend it . Concierge staff are excellent very helpful and friendly

This is a lovely, well located hotel with friendly and attentive staff. The hotel is across the street from the underground station so it is very easy to move around London.

오래된 호텔치고 객실 컨디션이 상당히 좋았습니다. 지하철역 바로앞이라 관광지 가기 좋았습니다. 또한 바로앞에 프랜차이즈 식당 및 대형마트가 있어 밤늦게 야식 먹기도 좋습니다. 직원들도 모두 친절합니다. 단점은 땅값 비싼 런던 켄싱턴 한복판이라 객실이 그렇게 크지않다는점과 가격이 상당히 비싸다는점.

Rooms are always clean beds very comfortable and staff friendly and helpful

The room was smaller than in online pictures, but otherwise this hotel was perfect! The bed was very comfortable and the rain head shower in my room was fantastic! Directly outside the Gloucester Road tube station made it easy to get to with baggage. Location on cute street with lots of cafes and pubs, easy walk to Hyde Park and Harrod's and Kensington High Street. Very safe neighborhood area. I will definitely stay here again!

Very small room, extremely small bathroom. I requested a change of room because the hotel ventilation was on all night extremely noisy on top of my room. In the 2nd room you could hear all the noises from outside and adjacent room. I had to travel/leave a day earlier. They did not accept to provide a credit note since i had paid my stay. Not even exchange the hefty rate for a mere breakfast. I booked a conference room a day ahead, they changed the price just before my meeting!!! So had to accept. They billed my card twice !!! Much work should be done on the hotel s customer service. Very expensive compared to the really lowsy experience. I do not recommend staying at this hotel due to their bad customer service.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff in perfect location. What more to say?
