The staff is kind and helped with my parents while we checked in and the breakfast is good. The location is also good.

I was very impressed with my stay. We one night had dinner and lunch the next day at different food options. Both places were really good. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Location is the best. Can walk to many sites and the hotel is really nice.

Well located hotel with hospitable staff

Location was good! Breakfast was under was we were expected in compares to other 5stars hotels we were lived in. Room is a little bit dated and not soundproof enough. We can hear people talking outside our room. Overall, this hotel is more like a 4 stars for us

I booked two rooms at the Renaissance Beijing for my friends, one of whom uses a wheelchair. They were kept waiting a long time during check-in, and there was confusion locating the reservation. I had to send over the PDF with both confirmed booking IDs, which was frustrating. I’m not sure if this was an issue with Expedia or the hotel, but typically bookings should be easy to find by last name, so this shouldn’t have taken that long. To their credit, they upgraded his room for the inconvenience. The upgraded room was spacious and worked well for his wheelchair needs. The place was clean, and they were happy with their rooms overall. A rough and confusing check-in experience, but the stay itself was comfortable in the end.
