Put on 7th floor with a person in a wheelchair. No microwave in the room. Walk in shower door was very hard to open whether inside or outside of the shower. The fee on my card at the check in was understandable. But they didn't tell me that they were doing it. I had to see it on my banking app. Would not stay there again.

great staff, a hotel that has probably peaked in the 1990s, but its on the beach, great pool, hot tub, restaurant, parking and it is a very big place.

If you are accustomed to at-least 4 star hotels, this is NOT the place for you. This should be considered a motel. All of the staff were excellent but the positive reviews on this place are far from the truth. It's old, dirty, run down and sketchy. It rained hard and the water even came up to the room door.

Good location, clean everything was easy to get to. Ice machine,laundry room etc.almost new washers and dryers.
The only complaint that I have is that the lights in the pool NEXT DOOR was so bright could not enjoy the balcony I was in the end room close to the pool not sure about the other rooms. Over all was a great experience. Will stay here again and again.
