Beautiful hotel and delicious food for breakfast & dinner

很好 Overall we had a good time at the property I was a little disappointed with the insane amount of money they charged when one of the shampoo bottle lid was broken by mistake. Staff charged me an insane amount of $36 which just spoiled the joy we had in the hotel. I guess the management should not put these bottles in an awkward area where you might drop them while talking shower.

The hotel was not the resort that I imagined. While the pool area was nice, no one come to take your order. The breakfast is very disappointing especially as a vegetarian. The towels in my room looked old. Ants everywhere in the bathroom.
Outside of that, the beds were comfortable.

Had the stay at Tanadewa hotel. The room was spacious and cleaned daily with great facilities. The staff are a great asset to this hotel, so willing to help. The food was very tasty and affordable. Will recommend a 100 %. Good and quiet location and they offer a free shuttle to central Ubud. The pool area was my favourite. Loved everything really.

Amazing experience, with the most friendly staff. The setting was so serene and peaceful, and total value for money. The restaurant and spa are also fantastic. Highly recommend!

Everything is great. Staffs are helpful and friendly. It’s so nice of them arranged a small cake for my son’s birthday.
Location is away from the town center about 20mins driving distance, not the most convenient, but not too bad to trade off for waking up to a nice quiet greenery view.
Rooms and open pool are nice, enjoyed the spa experience. Food are delicious, highly recommend the Tom Yum soup. The only issue were frogs and big spiders came into our room, probably something to improve with the sliding door.
The rest are great and would recommend to my friends.
