Convenient location offering free shuttle services to the airport.

We enjoyed our stay, and the location of the hotel. The 24 hour shuttle to the airport was excellent for getting on the UP express into downtown Toronto. There is no Free breakfast as mentioned on expedia.ca which is unfortunate, as it was a decision maker when choosing a hotel for our trip. If your expecting a free breakfast, there is none.

Nice restaurant. Proximity to airport.

Close to airport and the free 24hr shuttle was the best part. Only stayed and slept at the hotel for 5hrs.

Tired, dated. AC unit i the room looked and sounded like it was from the original build. It was VERY loud and reset every 10 minutes or so which may it impossible to sleep. The small shuttle bus was also shared with another property and was cramped, making for an unpleasant journey, Passengers were told they were at the Air Canada terminal when fact they had to then take the train to the appropriate terminal.

The check in was fast and easy. The location was awesome.

We liked the close proximity to the airport. Did not like that we were put in the south tower lower level - even though our reservation stated tower (not south or north). One of our rooms had bubbles in the ceiling which looked like from a water leak. Bathroom tub was in rough shape and was dirty. So were the bathroom counters; very dusty and one back piece under the shelf kept falling down.headboard was very dirty - showed lots of stains. I’m sure this hotel offers better accommodations in the north tower - that’s where the flight crews were coming from. Sad that we did not have an option to change rooms. The gentleman that delivered our slippers was very kind and helpful.

The staff are fantastic at the hotel - Hugh was very helpful. The one tower that I stayed in was recently renovated and the rooms are very modern and clean. The bed and bedding was clean, crisp and comfortable. The airport shuttle in the morning comes every 15 minutes. It was a great hotel to stay at for a layover or an early flight. There are lots of good restaurants nearby - sit down or fast food.

Overall good experience, clean and friendly, except it’s annoying to pay for a room and not have any streaming options on the tv. A bit of a money grab..

Awesome hotel
