Convenient location on the Midosuji line, easy access to Osaka destinations. Friendly staff and well maintained hotel. Would stay again next time I visit Osaka, definitely recommended!!

Great place to stay. Modern. Near two train stations. Lovely room.

Very close to the train station

Weird Smell in the hotel. The room was dirty despite multiple requests for it to be cleaned. Duty was in the corners and on the air conditioner. Mold was found in the shower. Shortly after, I got a bacterial infection. The mattress was thin and the bed was hard. I would feel the spring in the box spring

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Pillows were super thin, had to use a hoodie to help but overall a good stay

Great location for transport, plenty of food, huge shopping mall very close by at Tennoji among others. Read some bad reviews about the staff, however I did not encounter any problems. They were polite and welcoming. Rooms could be cleaned a bit better, some dusty corners in the main room and hairs in the bathroom. Rooms with windows facing the street can be a bit frustrating as there are a lot of annoying and repetitive sounds at night. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

Pillow too flat, aircon a little noisy, other things no problem

Great place to stay and central to shops and attractions.

Perfect for solo traveler. Great location, close to subway, lots of convenient stores around. Only compliant is the soft pillow.
