The room area was unkept by guest next door to my room they will eat and leave the dirty dishes by the door 🚪 for days and house keeping will clean up the rooms and still no one will pick up those trash 🗑️. That was terrible.

Purely a touristic hotel and not meant for business travelers and room allotment when done online is somewhat limited choices and flexibility

I had to push them to change my room due to poor bathroom condition, disaster aircon & Iron not working, not once but 3 different ones due to loose socket.
Second room little better but bathroom same as first room, felt like it wasn't cleaned in years, mould on tiles everywhere. I will not stay again in this hotel, i don't understand who gave such hotels 4 star rating.

-Cleanliness was very poor especially the hotel looks old from inside the rooms so it requires extra care.
-Price vs Quality doesn't match,, it is way overpriced, I can stay in a better option with the same price.
-To be fair, reception staff are great!
