低於平均 The room was tired. The hotel is in a big shopping centre and lots of people coming and going. Was fine to stay for one night and cheap but wouldn’t want to stay longer

Recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Auckland and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the excellent staff made me feel incredibly welcome, demonstrating true professionalism and warmth throughout my entire visit. The excellent service standard was consistent across every department, ensuring all my needs were met promptly and with a smile. Additionally, the hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to access local attractions, dining, and shopping. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Auckland!

Have stayed here a lot. This is the first time we have had an issue. Bath taps seized and would not work and no hairdryer in the room. We will stay here again though. Staff were amazing
