On the whole, enjoyed my stay at the newly branded Inca (formerly, Best Western Inca)... missed seeing Mr. Luis, the former ambassador of the Inca. A lot of new staff/faces but all welcoming and helpful.

The hotel was perfect. I was traveling with my wife and toddler. We booked the 2 bedroom with balcony. The outdoor balcony was large enough to allow my son to take a break from being indoors. The hotel location was in a prime neighborhood, full of restaurants and cafes, and a short walk to a metro hub. The staff was very attentive, multilingual, and maintained the property beautifully. The breakfast buffet had everything you need to get your days started…eggs, fruit, yogurt, pastries, meats, coffee, juice, etc. As for amenities, you couldn’t ask for anything more…the lobby has a quiet bar that’s open until midnight, a small gym with showers, and a cold water dispenser in the lobby to fill your water bottles as you head out for the day.

極佳 I had a really pleasant stay at Casual Inca Porto Hotel. My room was very clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the fact that it even had a bidet — a nice added touch that made the stay feel more complete.
The breakfast was good and had everything you would need to start your day: fresh fruits, eggs, meats, bread, juices, tea, and coffee. It wasn’t over-the-top, but it was satisfying and well organized.
One of the best parts was the location. The hotel was within a 15–20 minute walk to everything I wanted to see, which made exploring Porto very easy and convenient.
Overall, a solid and comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Porto.

Small but clean. Wonderful room. Had a small issue with shower but that was my error. Nice location. Great breakfast. Also a nice bar with happy hour. We even checked in early.
