不錯 Having spent a week in the sister hotel (Jungle Aqua Park) before checking into Sea World Resort we were left rather disappointed with this one.
The rooms and facilities are rather tired and most of the staff are nowhere near as friendly, that said a few were very good.

Staff is more than good, food is excellent, rooms and restaurant are clean all the time, room service was good.
Not all rooms are well furnished.
Receptionists and bellmen are totally too slow employees.

2.staff are not professionals at all where I have requested the Bill man and finaly I got my luggage myself and all guests like me.
3. Pools are limited and not cleaned.
4.requested one more bed I got it next day.

低於平均 I had a very bad experience in this hotel. The food was horrendous to the point that my family and I had stomachaches for almost the whole entire trip. For the price we paid, the quality of the staff, the room and even the snacks were disgusting. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
