Hi it has the most amazing view of Siena. It’s located up the hill so great views from rooms. It used to be part of a church/ monastery. 5 minutes walk from the main spots in Siena. Very nice and helpful staff. Nice buffet breakfast. High ceilings in rooms. Lovely patio to sit and have breakfast. Rooms need a bit of renovation. The AC in our room was very weak and we were roasting. But my kids room had decent AC. That was the only bad issue. Otherwise a special place.

Front desk staff didn’t clearly know any knowledge for parking. Our room did not have working AC, even though it was advertised in our description when booking that we would get it. AC unit was blowing warm air all evening that gave us both sore throats and coughing. Our washroom in our suite that we booked was not washed toilet was cleaned. Garbage was not even disposed disgusting thank goodness we had two windows due to the AC, not working unfortunately only one of the windows we were able to open we booked in July with temperatures being 35°C plus during the day which means it’s super uncomfortable for our evening of booking. Tried to call the reception with the landline in the room no answer tried to contact via Expedia app. No response and emailed. Nothing would highly not recommend this. Stay to other users although yes, the location is convenient, but please keep in mind that the accommodations are not!

Can’t beat a 700 year old monastery with all the necessary modern amenities. The staff is polite and helpful, parking is close and the location convenient to the best and most important Siena attraction: the Duomo church.

Beautiful large room with incredible staff and great breakfast. Positively recommend the place.

The y they ordered a new light bulb is located about 15 min. walk from the ciity center. Rooms are on the second or third floor, there is no elevator, and this is not clearly stated in the hotel"s site .We are senior citizens, and we had to take our luggage upstairs and down by ourselves, nobody even suggested to help. I think that this should be compulsory information so people can make their choice before the make a reservation. Also the light in the ante-room did not work, we astold the front desk . The next evening the light was not repaired , when we asked why, we were told that a new lilightulb was ordred, arriving the next day". So, if we come to Siena again,we will not return to this hotel

This hotel is in a very lovely old abbey and it has all the old worlds charm and is situated in a very very convenient location for all the practical purposes

staff were really friendly and helpful, checking was good parking is a short walk away and we received a discount voucher from reception on departure. breakfast was great - and the room was clean and well equipped. Hotel is about a 10 min walk to the main square.

Lovely old monastery converted in the old part of the city with a great view of the surrounding landscape. Staff very helpful , good breakfast. Could use a sign outside to help find the place.

A lovely hotel just on the edge of Siena meaning it was a little more quieter than the centre - perfect for us as we were also driving. Hotel is lovely, rooms are spacious and comfortable, breakfast was good. Only thing to be aware of is they don't have a lift so if you stay here and have mobility challenges you need to ask for a room on the ground floor!

Great stay and very helpful staff. Good location also. The only problem was the tub was very slippery in my room.
