The property was clean and well provisioned. It was competitive in terms of price and the breakfast was of a good quality. The only thing that I didn’t like was that our room was a bit gloomy due to there being trees very close to our window which blocked out the dual carriageway which was just behind them.. All in all we were satisfied.

I arrived late and the desk night person was excellent.

Kitchen door was below the room and slamming constantly all night and then again early morning hours. Making a massive noise in the room I was in above it.

Stayed for one night. Room was spacious and shower modernised and spacious. Breakfast was included and was enough options. Staff were friendly.

As soon as I entered to reception already they was slow , systems was down and the collegue in particular named "claudia" she needs some serious training shes definitely always in a mood so here what happened in my experience, I go up to check she already huffing and puffing she can't log in and then tells me to go speak to her next colleague and as I do that she goes onto the another monitor asking about my ending of card details and I told her that shes goes thats incorrect and I was like how can that be I paid for this booking ? She then asks me again for the ending of the card details I told her the same thing and she goes thats still incorrect so I dont know if shes winding me up or unleashing her bad energy all beacuse she might be having an off day but doesnt mean im supposed to be getting the brunt of the stick as i had no idea what was happening at her desk or log in which clearly is her own problem then she gives me the room etc and as I go the room omg the room felt completely off , as the lights wasnt working , every time I went to the toilet lights kept flicking , the room lights in the room was very dim and some was not working , spider in the corner and ac made a very weird noise and every time I kept putting the ac on the lowest it would go to 24 then 24 then 26 as the days I stayed the weather was hot and I requested for a double bed not single and omg this review can go on and on there much more to this as it won't allow me just avoid honestly.

On-site parking with no problems. Sophia at reception was exceptional! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, made us feel very welcome after a long drive. The room was clean and tidy, bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast was good, with a large variety of breakfast material, may be add some halal and vegetarian options would make it even better.

Checked in easily at the hotel. Room was warm so I put the air con on, but I turned it off before I left for a night out and opened the window as it would have been to cold when I got back. Plus air con makes my sinuses stuffy. When I come back to the hotel at 3am, my room ceiling and wall was covered in hundreds of flies. I went down to the reception to inform them, and I was told that they advise guests to keep the window closed and the air con on. I asked when they inform their guests this as I was not informed at check in and there was no signs in the room. She said all that she could do was come up with fly spray as it was to late to hoover. I did not like the thought of inhaling fly spray all night. The lady could see how anxious I was about staying in the room, so she offered me another room. There needs to be signs on the windows and guests need to be told not to open the window. I will not be returning to this hotel.
