Our stay here was great! The staff was so friendly, especially to my son. Very accommodating and welcoming. The hotel we was very clean. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Dubai.

The room was spotless . And the crew was friendly

Staff was great specially Alisa she was absolutely wonderful. If you booking this hotel as family room or two adult one child there is no room for a child to sleep you have to pay for extra bed space per night, in executive room just a king size bed. That room holds three adults as discription on hotel.com.but for extra child or adult you have to request extra bed and pay for it again. So no point paying for extra 300 or 400 pounds when they are not providing sofa bed in an executive room.for my point just book a basic room for the price instead paying for executive room because you aren’t getting what you’re paying for.

Exceptionally clean room, friendly and polite staff.

A little dated by clean and basic.

The reservation was for 3 people but the room was small and Mansoor helped upgrade us to a suite with no extra charge. He went out of his way to accommodate us and we are very thankful to him. He was amazing. So was the rest of the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful.

Very nice staff! Everybody was lovely! Right beside mall of the emirates make it easy to grab anything on the go and plenty of ubers going around

Expedia website says they have Bidet in bathrooms and Steam room Nope they don't have When asked front desk we do not know what Expedia is writing on their website Gym has old and noisy equipment
