The staff were very helpful and polite, the restaurant was fantastic and the room was beautiful.
My only negative was that every time I tried to order room service, I had to call repeatedly for up to 30 mins in order to get an answer.

Very lovely hotel. We enjoyed the relaxing pool / spa area. The tunnels underneath the residences were great to not have to go out into the cold to get to the main building and spa.
Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend.

Room was very nice and cosy, only missing cups in the room and the wifi keep dropping
