Awesome location

We were locked out of our room for two hours early Sunday morning while staff tried to resolve a faulty door lock. One manager incorrectly claimed the room was locked from the inside because the "Do Not Disturb" sign was hanging on the door, demonstrating a lack of training. We were not given another room until 2:30 a.m., and no maintenance staff was available until 6:30 a.m. The hotel should have on-call maintenance for emergencies. We had no access to our essential medications or belongings and were provided only with toothbrushes and toothpaste. Although we received complimentary breakfast, we have since been charged for the replacement room, which was not our choice. We also received no compensation for the inconvenience and stress. When our original room was finally opened at 7:00 a.m., the door still would not close, delaying us and causing us to miss family time at my niece's wedding breakfast. I request that the room charge be removed from my credit card and that appropriate compensation be provided.

Freshly cleaned and very modern rooms. Live it. We got upgraded when we arrived as well. Beautiful. Trio on site was another added bonus. Excellent service and wonderful food

love the space

We book here just for the pictures of the pool/hot tub but it was closed at 9. We were really looking forward to enjoying a relaxing hot tub after a day at Wonderland but checked in at 9:15 to find out it was closed. Never seen a pool/ hot tub closed so early, most hotels are open till 10,11pm. Other than that, the hotel was excellent.

Was told breakfast was included but was charged

I've stayed there previously. Its a great hotel, clean, great staff. Nice restaurant. I never used the gym pool etc so not sure what that is like. I would stay there again.

Loved absolutely everything but its property. People that work there were all very helpful kind and considerate. The property was clean tidy beautiful restaurant excellent food, gorgeous room lovely patio. Loved it all highly recommend.

Odanın içinde ağır bir koku vardı. Oksijensiz bir ortam. Çünkü açılır bir pencere sistemi yok., bu otelin yarı fiyatına başka bir otele geçtim. Ohhhh nihayet nefes alabileceğim küçük de olsa açılır bir penceresi var. Üstelik fiyata kahvaltı dahil. Temizliği iyiydi. Personeli ilgiliydi .
