The hotel was beautiful, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful with my questions. The breakfast was delicious and the staff from the restaurant were very nice.

Every aspect of this hotel was of the highest quality. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated in Italian style. The breakfast was exquisite- it was of highest quality with a large selection of food. I highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff, beautiful lobby, clean rooms—could not recommend highly enough!

It's a great location, but service was lacking. Our shower leaked like a faucet, so we asked for an extra towel tobput on the floor. Never arrived. I wear a mouth guard at night and asked for an extra glass. Never arrived. Asked for an iron and was told we'd have to use their laundry service. Went to breakfast and half the fruit looked like it had been out a few days. Went to the bar/restaurant and the waiter offered to microwave the dish I asked about. Asked to arrange the advertised hotel shuttle to the airport. They called us a cab, and we paid.

The front lobby staff very accommodating. Location was magnificent. Loved the street. The breakfast staff was great as well especially Luca. Bartender Alex very personable. Had a wonderful stay.
