Room very clean daily just what I expected.
Friendly staff at the desk on the floors and during breakfast. Very nice display on the lay out of the breakfast very roomie and great lady leader that I did not get her name followed by great servers as well. Bar staff were very good as well. Overall I would come back on this property on the heart beat
Very fast and convenient with parking and bringing car back as needed 24/7.

很好 When we first checked in the girl that was helping me said our room was not ready, then our friends who checked in next got their room, then the next friends got their room, then all of a sudden our room was ready and supposedly we were given a upgrade for the wait. I thought it was odd as others in our group got their rooms, upon check in.
Anyhow, the other girl at the counter, Alessandra, I believe her name was, was amazing. She gave us, restaurant ideas and made a reservation for the 6 of us at a place called Bella.. it was great and she also booked us a car for the airport the next morning. She was very nice and professional, with personality. Not like the gal that checked us in.
Our room had a view of a roof . Was not a bad room. It was clean and had a decent shower. Was a stop over for the night before returning home. Plus, we had bathrobes and slippers and my sister appreciated that. Over all it was a good location to get out, shop, eat and enjoy. Thank you. The breakfast was nice as well.

We were able to check in early. Our room was small but big enough. We had a deli cious breakfast that was included with our room. Staff was very accommodating with taxis, directions, etc.
