Amazing staff, they will bend over backwards for you. Breakfast is very nice. Rooms spacious and clean. Pool areas nice. Due to rain season the gardens aren’t very clean, however it is obvious as soon as the sun is out, staff are all over it. Overall loved out stay. Thank you to all at Pullman!

Check-in was fast and efficient and included a welcome drink and a refreshment towel. Once the formalities had concluded, we were escorted to our room. Initial impressions of our room were good. It was large and spacious and, as requested, had twin beds — in this case both queen size. There was a lovely view over the pool. The air conditioning worked very well, and adjustment was simple. It would be hard to find another hotel with such extensive and well-kept grounds. Beautiful lush tropical vegetation, extensive walkways, lakes, streams and waterfalls all combine to make this the most attractive garden setting of any hotel we have ever stayed at. There are five pools, with the smallest being right at the front of the hotel near the beach. The other pools are spectacular in every way. While the Pullman is a visually stunning place to stay and has exceptional facilities, it is the staff that really shine. Every member of staff we met was friendly, caring and very helpful. We have stayed at other 5-star resorts and hotels, but nothing we have experienced before matched the excellence of the staff at the Pullman. Nothing was too much trouble, and although we were just two among hundreds of other guests, they always managed to make us feel special. Special mentions of staff that really looked after us during our stay: F&B : Justin, Nueg, Punch, Pim, Feli, Fross, Angel, Luna, King, Cream. Andaman Lounge : Oil, Ing. Reception : James, Collene. Housekeeping : Oum, Paem, Jo.

The Pullman was a great stay for us while we based ourselves in Phuket. The hotel was right on the beach and had many pool options for us to use. The kids club was FANTASTIC for our little one - one of the best clubs out of all the places we have been. It's hard to comment on the property as the place is undergoing renovations - that being said, the final day, they closed the entire main attrium for renovations. So whilst the restaurants, pool slide areas etc were all run down or shut - its hard to comment they were bad because theyre renovating and thats pretty understandable. Overall though, the hotel was extremely comfortable. The sea view room was incredible with a huge bathroom, a balcony view like the photo of the beach and pool. The breakfast was delicious every morning though could of had more options for children. Id stay again!

We had a great stay. Nothing to complain about the hotel. I'd stay here again.

Our room was clean and nice with few flowers. Staff was so kind!

Rooms are clean and staffs were very friendly, great location and great beach access. Property is a bit run down. Management must renovate ASAP
