Stayed on the 4th of July and had challenges reaching the hotel and the town had closed off a lot of the streets for parades and other festivities. We arrived earlier than normal check in hours and were assigned a room on the 6th floor. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The check in and restaurant staff were very service oriented

Room 617 AC did not work, brought this up to staff. They had the maintenance guy come up and he “fixed” did not change a thing. Could not cool the room down.

The AC in our bedroom didn’t work well and it was hard to sleep because of the heat. It was supposed to have been fixed and it never got cooler.

We were in town for a wedding and stayed at Embassy suites. We were able to check in early, and our room was everything as expected. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The staff was very courteous and helpful.
