It was quick and hassle free. Room was fine and the bed was comfortable.

Clean rooms, great location

Great prices. Staff is great. Desmond is great.

There was a cockroach in the room and we left in the middle of the night. Was at first denied a refund until we insisted.

Run down

Nice hotel with good location near food outlets, transport. Decent room size, comfortable.

The neighborhood of Tiong Bahru is fantastic! offering plenty of local and western food options, convenient cash points and convenience store (7-11). Very close to 2 MRT stations and bus stop across the street. Charming ambience with appealing apartment blocks. Friendly and efficient staff at the hotel. Our only complaint is that the bed was extremely hard and took some getting used to.

Rooms are small and tired as is bathroom. Location is good. No breakfast although lots of opportunities to eat locally. It too several hours, and several calls to reception, for a totally unnecessary extra bed to be removed from the room so I could use the desk. The aircon failed and needed repair on the floor; no information given. I will not be back.

Excellent staff, including the cleaners. Access to all public transport. May local food around

Lack of hot water was a big, big issue. Bed sheet and furniture had weird looking stains...
