Everything about our stay was lovely!!!

Everything you expect in a luxury hotel. Great stay.

Lovely hotel, clean Staff very friendly Air conditioned roomed perfect for those hot days Would stay again

The staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful and welcoming. The bartenders were also very friendly and made some amazing drinks! The location was great…just a few minutes to the Rialto bridge and lots of restaurants/shops within a minute of walking out the door. Our biggest complaint was noise—the building is older (although very nicely renovated) so the walls are very thin so you can hear everything which didn’t make for good sleep. But truly otherwise, beautiful hotel, great location and amazing staff!

It's my favorite hotel in Venice! Stylish, well situated and good value!

The air conditioning was blowing directly to one of the bed and cannot be redirected to different angles.

La habitación tenía una linda vista , siempre mantuvo muy limpio y ordenado Desde que llegamos los staff siempre pendiente de nosotros ya que es nuestra primera vez en Venecia Me encantaba los cócteles que servían , es único con su mascarilla

Right on the Grand Canal this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were very well presented and had all amenities required for a comfortable stay. The staff were always available to assist with any questions or requests. We booked a canal view and it was worth it, all life in Venice went past our window. Highly recommend

The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped book transportation and gave advice as to where to eat. They also had a very good breakfast buffet and were attentive to get us coffee.

Amazing hotel great location helpful staff
