The shower was very slow to drain and the water went all over the floor.

Great Hotel. Service was very friendly. Room had a gas fireplace & heated bathroom floor. Hotel caters to different things to do; games, music, dining room. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had booked here on a cross country move; by the description we were thinking it was a more upscale resort and we were looking forward to a little indulgence on our drive through. While the pool and sauna was nice, the Italian restaurant was closed and the tavern was…a slightly dodgy sports bar. The food was meh at best. Waitress was great and helpful. Next time we would not spend the $300+ for one night and just push through to Winnipeg.

We truly enjoyed spending the weekend at this wonderful place. Everything was thoughtfully planned and organized, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A special thank you for the excellent restaurant. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. We also loved the location, with easy access to the lake and marina, which added to the overall experience. The only small disappointment was that breakfast was not included in the room rate. If breakfast had been included, our stay would have been absolutely perfect. Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality and for making our weekend so memorable.

Staff were so friendly and room was clean. Pool and outdoor backyard needs upgrading and maintenance.

Place was amazing

It was a motel plain and simple. The main dining room was closed, the bar noisy and filled with TV screens - so we ordered pizza in the room, no other dining options. The car parked in front of the room obscured the view of the lake. There was a boil water advisory - so bottled water was provided. We were glad of the setting and enjoyed a walk by the lake in the morning. It was close to the main #1 highway, so a great location and break in the driving.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and new. Beds are comfy. It was great to have modern day amenities while still being surrounded by nature. The Backyard games area was also a good touch and fun place to hangout and play games. My son was very excited to get a betta fish to watch during our stay. There was also lavender sachets one evening to help with sleep. These small touches make it feel like and upscale boutique hotel. Pool was the only area that felt it needed an upgrade and could have been cleaner. But other than that enjoyed my stay and would Not hesitate to come back.
