My room was so clean and the front desk staff was very kind. The manager, Nicolas Vianello, was extremely nice and helpful with all my questions about finding the good restaurants and easy routes to the places. He made calls for me and he greeted his guests with his beautiful smiles. Therefore, I had a very pleasant stay at this lovely hotel.

Wonderful hotel, perfect room. Bathroom was small but everything worked fine. Lovely sky lights in room that allowed in the sunlight and fresh air. Would definitely stay again. Hotel staff were excellent, Nicolas and Alessandro.

Charming hotel by the canal near St. Marks Square. Spacious clean room and good breakfast in the morning, just what is needed after a day of exploring Venice.

Great accommodation, lovely breakfast, comfy bed and bathroom. Friendly, helpful staff. Has a lift for getting your heavy bags up to your room.

The staff were so nice and helpful. The location central, but busy. The breakfasts and breakfast service were great. The room was comfortable but the matress was hard. It could have used a memory foam topper. The lights in the room were inadequate. I needed to use a headlap to read. I'd say the lights were an issue; the room was dim. But overall I liked it alot.
