Great location, close to everything we needed. Staff were always available and very helpful. We had to ask a couple of times for a kettle and a hairdryer, but eventually we got them and everything else was provided.

It’s near the taksim square so many things to do around and not bad for the price. Overall ok stay

The hotel was up to my expectation in terms of the location, comfort , safety and being taken care of by the amazing customer service staff Mr. Valat and Mr shafaq are the best. They go above and beyound to assisst the customers.

Very small rooms, old and not well maintained and very noisy but has a perfect location and helpful staff at least one of them.

Very dirty room and towels they did not clean my room for 2 days

Great central location for a short trip. Super helpful staff and clean and tidy rooms. Recommended

Overall very well. Very nice staff. A little noisy

We checked out and my friend asked if she could use the bathroom and they said since you checked out you cannot. Using bathroom was right after checkout was over.
