I had an amazing stay at Aloft Dubai Creek! The hotel was modern, clean, and in a great location with beautiful views of Dubai Creek. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring.
The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I also enjoyed the amenities, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Dubai. Highly recommend!

Reservation with Expedia was a nightmare - There was No Airport shuttle, Expedia did indicate on the website that this hotel offered airport shuttle,

The hotel is very convenient to the airport, and it is also helpful to have shops and resources within walking distance (the mall is accessible from the hotel lobby area). The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The staff was super helpful and responsive. I was only here for one night, I didn't use all the facilities, but I will stay again - great place and convenient when I am traveling through Dubai.

We needed to catch an eight am flight which meant we needed to get to the airport by 6am. Staff told us to take the train that it was quicker. Google said it was 25 min drive by uber. Turned out the mall was closed so couldn’t get to metro train. There was no shuttle we spent 15 trying to find exterior entrance to metro. Couldn’t find it. Uber only took ten min to get to airport.

Shuttle didn’t arrive we waited with a toddler for a good 20 min with the timing stated in the message.
