Good location and friendly staff. It was a heat wave and the room was warm, but fans were set up and we all just did our best.

Prime location and only 5 min walk to subway station. Hotel is typical British style and most importantly staff was extremely nice. Highly recommended

No A/C

When i arrived the staff member on the door didn’t help or open the door as I struggled with my bags. Whilst walking towards reception there where staff just sat around looking down at their mobile phones. When I arrived to my room I was amazed on how small it was for the price I paid. later around 11pm went out to grab food, no security on the front door when I left and arrived back, walked straight in and up the stairs with no one to challenging me.

Beautiful property, very welcoming, comfortable. Five star staff and great location.

I loved the location and the charm of the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. I would have liked to have had a steamer or iron in my room as well as AC. It was very warm in London during my stay so no AC made for uncomfortable nights.

Room, Bathroom small but to be expected in this kind of accomodation. Lovely cosy bar area however over all could do with some attention in some areas, carpets look tired. Definitly in my opinion this is not a 4 star hotel , 3 at best. Staff were very good.

Warm friendly staff, very helpful, the apartments lovely and clean breakfast, Willing to go out of there way to help, close to shops and food shops as well, I recommend this place to anyone, il be back very soon

Excellent property, for a reasonable price, in a very convenient location for South Kensington museums and the Royal Albert Hall.
