Yes the room was clean & the staff were incredible in all areas of the hotel . Incredible value . Food was delicious & the beer was cold . Very happy . I always stay here when in Cha-am. It is in a great position in Cha-am.👍😎🍻

Rooms were pretty dirty and sofa bed had visible signs of stains. Service is not particularly good either with front desk speaking limited English and often with quite a lot of attitude. For the price, this needed and should have been much better.

Very friendly and clean, I love the deluxe family room. Great breakfast a lot of choices to choose. I will be right back in this hotel for the next time.

Hotel beautifully positioned on the seafront.
However, fair to say the hotel has seen better days.
I didn’t use the pool or restaurant l,so I can’t comment on them.
Hotel very quiet for obvious reasons plus it was a Monday to Friday stay.
The room was infested with ants,even on the ledge behind the bed.
The fridge was a bit dirty inside with a part used bottle of coke amongst the sellable items on offer.
Room cleanliness poor.
Overall a 6/10 stay.

Liked our family room. Good staff. Sea view. Great pool area. Nice music in the evening. Opposite the beach. Shops nearby. Breakfast good. Open to seafront so expect a few flies. I will come again.

極佳 Excellent hotel and staff, great location. One negative: the “gym” is a small, poorly equipped room. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.
