Great breakfast, spotlessly clean room and comfortable room with high ceiling and large windows, centrally located within walking distance of the Central Train station and the rest of downtown and the Old City—it’s an ideal hotel.

Great location lovely hotel can’t fault it. Whenever I travel to Warsaw I always aim to stay there.

The reception at the property was excellent. The property is close to trains and bus stops. Excellent experience.

No complaints!!! All ways good to stay with you guys!!!!

Nice hotel in heart of the city, very good breakfast.

The location and building are absolutely lovely. I also liked the option of not having your room cleaned. I didn’t love the pillows or the fact I couldn’t open the balcony door. These things are minor and overall I was happy with my stay

You can not get better location, walking distance to main attractions in the center of Warsaw. Very beautiful building , the room was specious , with a kettle and refrigerator which is not very common. Restaurant downstairs served delicious food .

Great room. Will come back again.

We had a fantastic stay at Polonia Palace Hotel. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore the city. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. Overall, everything was just perfect, and we truly enjoyed our time!!!

We arrived with a morning flight and have been happy to get to our rooms once we got to the hotel and not wait until afternoon . It is a clean, elegent place, close to city centre and with lovely personnel. Definitely worth the money. Unfortunately we forgot in our room a hat and two neck pillow. I was expecting someone from the hotel to contact us but they did not.
