wonderful breakfast clean room nice staff

Perfect location. Very clean and pretty hotel. Lovely courtyard for breakfast and drinks in the evening at the adjoining wine bar. Staff very nice.

Room on the third floor but no lift, this should have been communicated to me at the time of booking. High tech system for lights and sockets did not work on a number of occasions. It took staff nearly 20 minutes to sort it out on the last occasion and I wanted to have a shower before checking out. The initial response was to blame me for not putting the card in correctly or pressing the correct button. Pity because it could have been much better.

Great location. Nice clean rooms. In the middle of renovation so difficult to get around and no elevator. They should have full time front door staff

The hotel is nice with a pretty patio, wine bar and winter garden. It was a few blocks to restaurants and Old Town Sites.

Lovely location, nice boutique hotel but the room was quite dated & in need of a bit of a revamp.

Nice hotel. Balcony has not been cleaned for some while otherwise the rest is clean enough. Lovely staff. Good rooms. No elevator which is not immediately clear from their description.

Our room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the breakfast good. The hotel staff were also very friendly and professional. However, our room did not have air conditioning, so we had to open the windows at night, which let in noise from conversations and passing cars.

Nicely designed rooms. I didn't like the third floor, the challenging stairs, no A/C, no elevator

Great hotel. It’s older but for this kind of hotel it has been well maintained.
