No air conditioning, very hot room. Not responsive to fix it or timely moving us to another room. Maybe there is no air condition in the whole building. TV not working. Had to call to have the safety box working after they reprogrammed the unit. Very dated hotel on a busy location. Area is not attractive, not coming back.

Clean helpful staff great amenities

Large and clean High Floor room with a great view over the city. Practiccal Business Hotel well located in Cape Town CBD district.

Nice hotel, shuttle to Waterfront was great.

Pros - Shuttle to and from the V&A Waterfront - Location is in the heart of the city - Friendly Staff - Nice Views - Comfortable beds Cons - Cleanliness of the room was sub par for a 4 star hotel. (Oily hand marks on walls and furniture, moldy shower mat, residue and dirt stains on tub and sink areas, dirty vents.) - Limited options for food and quality of food is sub par. Better to eat at a restaurant by the V&A. - Charged CAD130 to have checkout 3 hours later. Was also given 2 different amounts and it was a note left on file, not a hotel charge. - No shuttle service to the airport. Overall, it’s an alright place to sleep at night, but would not consider this to be a 4 star hotel, 2 and a half at best. Would not stay at it again though.

Room is a little outdated. Furniture was broken. Tap in bathtub was broken/loose. Random dripping noises heard at night. Nice hotel but a little old and some work needed

Staff was wonderful. Great breakfast and clean rooms. My husband lost his wallet and was returned by housekeeping after we checked out.

Rooms were great, lovely view but bathroom is a bit outdated. Breakfasts was lovely. Location great.
