The smoothest airport travel experience I've had. The shuttles were timely and the drivers were great. Easy check-in. No surprise deposits. I will be making this my go to place when needing to use sky harbor international. Once they fix the weather stripping around the door to better keep the hot air out (the room is cool, but the a/c is working hard) i would consider the rooms an absolute ten out of ten.

Clean room and respectful staff members

I didn't realize that this was a detached motel, rather than a hotel. It was fairly inconvenient to drag a lot of luggage around in the rain, when I was hoping for an easier stay after some difficult travel days.

Staff are helpful

I booked this for a driver of mine and he was impressed by the professional staff, clean facilities said it was very nice

It was a great hotel to stay at!! Breakfast could have been more but still over all good.

I wound up booking this at the last minute when my flight was cancelled as it was close with shuttle service and a very good value. I was VERY pleased - the hotel is VERY nice, rooms clean, well appointed and with good WiFi service. Continental breakfast was good - better than average. Staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Not a vacation location - but really great for business travelers, airline personnel and stranded travelers. I highly recommend it.

The customer service here was very disappointing. I clearly remember leaving my hat and sunglasses there. I called as soon as I realized and asked them to keep the items for me, and I even offered to pay for the shipping costs to have them sent back. They told me they would check and call me back, but I never received any follow-up. We called several more times, but no one took responsibility or made any effort to resolve the issue. This was far below the level of customer service I expected.

Very helpful staff to address your needs while in hotel. Good breakfast such as freshly boiled eggs, fruits, bagels of different type, bread of different type, muffin, donut, cereals, yoghurts, milk, nuts, fruits etc.

Cons: They charged the full amount to the hold card without asking, even when we asked to switch it to a different card. The key didn't open the pool gate. The pool water was 100°. Our pool umbrella was broken. The pool towels were slightly larger than tea towels, stained, worn and rough. The entire property feels very unsafe (even with the parking lot lights that light it up like the sun) and the adjoining room door was creepy. You can feel people walking above you on the second floor. The ironing board and clothes rack are in the bathroom, as well as the coffee maker. The room listing was confusing on the shower/no tub design. There was hair in the shower. Nothing would pump out of the conditioner bottle. There were tiny shampoo bottles in place of the pump shampoo but they were really hard to squeeze. The TV remote's buttons were very difficult to push. NO parking anywhere near room after concert. Mosquitoes in bathroom. A lot of noise outside early morning. Breakfast ends too early. It was still quite expensive for the quality of property and lack of amenities in low-season 117° Phoenix. _________________________ Pros: Incredibly close to Celebrity Theatre. TV was large and clear. Light-up mirror in bathroom is nice. Full-length mirror is nice. AC gets very cold. Breakfast is quite good and the lady running it was nice. The manager apologized as soon as I said our room number, when checking out.
