The rooms are clean, the staff was nice but the coffee was terrible and having to use a room key to access , even the elevator was a little excessive. But I guess it does make you feel a little more secure. Also I couldn't order a movie in the room.I don't know what was going on with that. Also, the parking fee is ridiculous.$25 a night.Give me a break , and no one's gonna wanna pay that. Good thing we came in on a Saturday night.Because then there was free parking on the street after nine p m and we only stayed for one night. The free breakfast was decent, but skip coffee.They got some new coffee and I am a big coffee drinker, and I could usually drink even the worst of the worst but I could not drink this coffee. It literally tasted like dirt to me. Thank God , there was a scooters down the block. So this message is for management; throw out the coffee you ordered because no one wants any of that. Thank you If you fix all these things , then you could be closer to a five star.

Clean room. Not too great of an experience….seemed like staff was not really engaged in delivering a great experience. In spite of that, we had a place to sleep and cool air.

Great location, clean and very helpful staff.

Good local offerings of restaurants and entertainment. It's sad to see the homeless people immediately outside the hotel that solicit guests for donations.

Location is great. However, age is definitely creeping in. A refresh should be considered. The rooms need attention.

Was disappointed that The Placery wasn’t really a bar and grill. It is mainly used for the breakfast that is served.

The location is great. It is within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and shopping. There is also a farmer's market on Saturday at the next block

Easy check in. Perfect location to walk to shops and restaurants. Complimentary breakfast everyday was good

Checkin was very easy and the staff was welcoming and friendly. The included breakfast was very nice with lots of options. Parking was great due to the ramp, and that was a relief due to how busy it was downtown when we arrived. Rooms were very clean and nice. We had an issue with our thermostat not going cooler and after calling the front desk they had someone up to fix it within 15 mins. It was fixed in 10 and the staff that fixed it was very nice and apologetic. It was a great experience overall and we'll definitely stay here again.

Parking was confusing for us, but give us some grace as we don't stay at hotels often... we made a mistake and called the front desk to assist us out of the garage since we were a little early for check-in. The woman came up and told us we need to use our keys to open the garage, and we told her we didn't have keys (we meant not yet, as we were waiting to check in). She said in a very condescending way, "That's what happens when you aren't a guest, have a great night." The gate lifted, and we found street parking, paid the meter and waited a half an hour until check in began. If she had explained to us that we could bring our ticket down to the lobby to pay for parking along with checking in, then there would have been no issues. Her attitude and assumption ruined our mood that afternoon. Nothing major, but just so rude. Just from that confusion and attitude from staff, we will not be going to the Hyatt again. Other than that, the rooms didn't have carpet, which I liked. I imagine it is so much easier to clean. Room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was pretty standard but fresh and tasted good.
