Shower is the only issues to me. Water spil l out on the floor when taking shower

Property was very nice. The breakfast was worth the price. Room was smaller than expected but clean and tidy. We were on the fourth floor and our room was a bit too warm.

Close to city center

Clean room, seemed dated. Water pressure wasn’t great and the water wasn’t that hot. I was only there for one night for a conference and the bed was clean which is the main thing. Well located and reasonably priced. For other leonardos I’ve stayed in this was the most run down.

Please do not stay this hotel. The facility is bad.

Very nice place to stay. The A/C was great to have after 2 weeks without it. The shower is a tight fit due to the arrangement of the fixtures like the shampoo dispenser.

Room was clean, location made everything walkable for us

More of a travelodge than a 4 star hotel. Bath had brown stains in it, looks like a blind man did the sealant in the bathroom. Paint incredibly chipped on bathroom door. Empty soap bottles on arrival. They didn’t bother replacing the 2 coffee pods we used on our first morning despite being there 3 nights. Alerted staff to an elderly and unwell man collapsed at the lobby lifts and they dismissed us with ‘yes we know, we’re sorting it’ but left him on the floor bleeding on his own while they stood around reception.

Staff was amazing, very friendly, experienced reception staff, very helpful. But what they can't change is the rooms, the beds, the mattresses and the noisd. The night was a total nightmare, I did not get any second sleep and even if I had, it was do poud ij the middle of the night, no one could have slept during that noise. But that didn't really bother me much, because I knew I can't sleep in that uncomfy tiny bed anyway. I can't remember any bed that I slept in, that was so incredibly uncomfy ever. Nightmare bed, very bad quality beds. But again good and friendly staff, not their fault. They should get new beds. I can't believe this hotel has stars, the bed was not even 1 star bed. I rather had liked a small room with a comfy bed, I don't need a very large room with a terrible bed.
