The name of the hotel speaks for its place. It is clean, comfortable to stay, staff helpful in many needs and a shuttle to bring you to city centre. If there is a shuttle to collect at airport, it would be a bonus.

Very classic hotel. Conveniently located

Just out of town but they do a free shuttle bus into the town. A cab is €10. We stayed in their apartments (opposite the main hotel) which gave you a small lounge, conservatory and then the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. It smelt a bit musty but we were there a few days and so it soon cleared. There was also a car parking space under the apartment. We never ate there but used the sun terrace and pool and had a night cap in the bar.

One of the staff on reception (a blond lady) and a member of the bar staff were the worst I’ve come across in over 40 years of travelling. They were rude and unhelpful. This appears to be a common experience amongst guests. It’s a shame as the hotel is lovely but my advice to fellow travellers would be to look elsewhere.

We enjoyed our state very much. One feature that I like the most was the bedsheets.

Super clean and the staff very friendly.

This is a hotel, but the villas on the property each includes a car garage. Pretty cool. The villa is 2-story. It is very roomy and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent. They also provide free van transport and return into the city center, although the service times are a bit limited.

The hotel is very well located in a beautiful area in a top of a mountain!! Front desk staff were not too friendly and didn’t meet our expectations. Food and beverages and housekeeping staff were great!

The only problem is the odor in the bathroom

Very clean and spacious. Good breakfast. Amazing view.
