I am so, so happy that I stayed here for my first trip to Barcelona. It is in a very, very good location - it is walking distance from lots of restaurants, train stations (including the airport one), and tourist attractions. The staff is very nice and accommodating, and the rooms were perfectly clean.

I traveled with my sister and daughter in a triple room. The room was more spacious than expected which was a +when traveling as a group. We were walking distance to everything and the staff was very helpful with their recommendations We will definitely be staying here again

1. Really bad check-in experience - We got to the hotel very late at midnight. Instead of helping us check in, the staff rudely told us to scan an QR code and check in online ourselves which would take longer as you will have to manually input all the personal data. We asked them to just scan our passport with regular check-in process and you can tell the staff was being very impatient and rude. Overall very unprofessional and bad experience. 2. Swimming pool was not available during our stay which was not notified in advance. We were disappointed and could have booked another hotel instead.
