Honestly the hotel was fine. The service staff didn’t seem very friendly. Not all of them, but some of them definitely were not happy. Also the food was not great and the birds at the beach restaurant stand on the food and eat directly from the food provided and the staff don’t care.

The property and the staff is a 10 out of 10 Thanks for everything Fiesta -)

When traveling with children make sure you are paying for all of them ahead of time. Make sure you have receipts and screenshots of your entire transaction because this became a big issue upon arrival. So just make sure that Expedia isn’t giving you false advertisements. Otherwise it’s a cozy hotel not that big. It does not have a waterpark. It has the main pool and then a very small pool once you cross the street by where the ocean is I would say diving into the ocean isn’t really very smaller children it’s more for teens, younger adults than anyone who loves to swim. The view is beautiful plenty of seating area, considering as a smaller hotel but definitely all seats to get filled up. Our favorite restaurant was the Mexican restaurant or least favorite was the Asian and the outdoor buffet. Not that breakfast was very delicious. You have to try the homemade gorditas and café de olla. Servers at the restaurants at the indoor ones are very helpful. Very nice. I would say a service outside in the buffet area where they have a show is very slow along with the front desk. I don’t feel that to do very useful we had to go back-and-forth with them regarding the category of room that we paid for to get it. Overall, if it wasn’t for those little bad encounters, I would have given it a five but if Food is something you’re looking for remember you’re in an island. And not all but most will be good

This was one of my all time favorite trips. Juan Carlos greeted us upon arrival and made sure we understood all of the amenities available to us as this property was truly all inclusive. He was very helpful and truly the people that work at this hotel were all attentive, friendly and kind and just a pleasure to interact with. We even bumped into Juan Carlos in town as we took a taxi and went into town every night. The food was delicioso! Be sure to order the fish tacos and eat on the deck. We snorkeled all day everyday right from the deck of the hotel. We saw hundreds of fish, eels, stingray and a barracuda. We tried to find the octopus but they were hiding. The coral reefs are lovely. The ocean was so amazing that we never went to the pool one time. We usually stay at the pool most of the time. This was my 50th birthday trip. I loved this hotel and it’s staff and would highly recommend it.

Tengo que dejar en claro que el hotel es all Inclusive pero solo el desayuno tiene bufete, los restaurantes de la comida y la cena son a la carta 3 tiempos (entrada , plato fuerte y postre ) claro que puedes pedir los platos que quieras las veces que quieras , el snack bar tiene bocadillos desde hoy dog, alitas , hamburguesa y burritos con papas fritas todo el día. El hotel no tiene playa tal cual pero tiene acceso al mar a través de unas escaleras y el agua es súper cristalina nada de sargazo el personal del hotel es muy amable, el clima de la habítacion estaba ok en (17c o 68 f) no se podía bajar más , se mantenía fresco si cerraban las cortinas , en fin hay playas bellísimas cerca del hotel donde puedes ir caminando , otras a 8 min en carro como palancar. Si lo recomiendo 💪

It was clean and very nice compared to other resorts in Mexico. Staff was helpful and polite. No complaints, I’d definitely stay there again.

This is our second time staying here since February of this year. Totally love this place, been coming to Cozumel for over 40 years, I was so impressed with the staff and really everything from the restaurants to the snack bars across the street. All I can say is WOW. Should be back in October for dia de los Muertos celebration. See y’all soon and Thanks Again

Mixed experience. The resort was clean, the snorkeling was excellent, and many staff members were friendly. Unfortunately, service was inconsistent throughout our stay. The elevator was out of service twice while we were on the 7th floor, beach towels were frequently unavailable, room service often required multiple follow-ups, and beach service was minimal. The resort was generally clean, but the Bali beds were often left wet and dirty after rain or untidy after previous guests, and we occasionally had to clean them ourselves before using them. We were also asked twice whether we were celebrating a special occasion, shared that we were there for our birthdays, and nothing was ever acknowledged afterward. The vegetarian food was surprisingly poor, with one Mexican dinner consisting of roughly a quarter head of cauliflower with mole sauce (and nothing else). After returning home, I attempted to contact management regarding these concerns, but the hotel refused to provide an email address for management or customer service and instead directed me to call the property from abroad. We chose an all-inclusive resort expecting relaxation and convenience. While we don't expect perfection at all, we do expect the basics. These basic services required more effort than they should have. The refusal to provide any management or customer service email after our stay only reinforced that impression and reflected poorly on the resort's commitment to guest service.

My wife and I loved our stay here. The staff was super friendly and always accommodating. The dinning options were nice and diverse. They required you to make reservations each night, but when we went it wasn’t crowded and didn’t have any issues walking in at any time. We loved the fact that you didn’t need to pay for cabanas and everything was on a first come first serve basis.

If you're expecting the traditional all inclusive with the party vibe and things to do, this is not your place. Felt like just being at a hotel.
