really appreciate the vegan options for food

My daughter and I had a wonderful recent stay at Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel. It was our first stay there, but it will not be our last. From check-in to check-out, all the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is modern, spotless, comfortable and welcoming. Charles on check-in was so helpful and kindly offered us an upgrade from a King to a twin Queen, which I was not fussed about but which my 16-year-old certainly appreciated! Lydia was our usual housekeeper and she was excellent and ensured we were kept hydrated in the summer heat. On check-out, Assistant Manager Matt was super helpful with arrangements for storage of our luggage as we were not flying out until nighttime. He went to the extra trouble of calling a hotel nearer the CN Tower which we were going to that day, and where he had worked previously, so we could more easily access Union Station for the UP Express to avoid rush hour traffic in the evening. He also got us sorted with a taxi to that hotel so we could get on with our last day activities in Toronto. All of this meant we did not have to return to the Sheraton to collect our luggage to travel back again to Union Station later that day. Matt really took such good care of us doing this. I have not experienced such excellent customer care as we received from Matt, Lydia and Charles, and all the Sheraton staff, in the U.K. in I cannot recall how long. I cannot recommend the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel enough!

Great location

Loved the waterfall view room, beautiful and peaceful! The hotel itself seems a bit older with things like air conditioning needing updates. In the 3 nights we stayed the room, the temperature lowered 4 degrees by the very last night, even though maintenance came to change the filter the first night to help. Staff were all attentive to the issue promptly and courteously and did their best to address the concern. Would recommend the same amenities be included that are at other sheraton hotels that add to the stay like shower caps and extra qtips for consistency.

Mother daughter trip with my teenager. We loved the pool and sauna and i appreciated the valet parking after a long drive. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for shopping; cultural events and dining. Would go back.

Great location , great amenities and pool and gym with excellent staff

Clean rooms, great staff, beautiful pool area!

NO HOT WATER. When it did work, took 15 or 20 minutes running the water to get hot water. That was the only problem during my stay.

Shower was almost unusable. Scalding hit or freezing cold. Noisy outside hotel as well until past 11, which wasn’t ideal as a family. They said they would send ear plugs, but they never came.
