Excellent location. Short walk to restaurants, busy night life, lively street. The hotel is in a very convenient location. Clean room and attentive staffs. Thank you for Jennifer and Nia for taking care of me with my needs as my stay there. The breakfast staff is fast and courteous. I would return to stay there again next time.

I loved this hotel! It was exactly what I was looking for- clean, artsy, in a fun neighborhood, and safe. I will definitely stay here again when I find myself in DC. I also LOVED the size of the room and shower. No bath or hot tub but a great rooftop pool and plenty of outdoor lounge space up and downstairs.

Within walking distance of many restaurants and stores. Great area. Hotel was clean and service was excellent.

Awesome romantic weekend location

The Viceroy in Washington DC was an amazing. The staff was very professional. Jennifer and Nia were extremely helpful and answered all the questions we had about the property. The suite we got we so spacious and modern. We really loved the design

Let’s start with a great location on Rhode Island at 14th, then add in a friendly, responsive staff, combine with comfy beds and great baths and you have a great hotel. This is our new go to property in DC.

Jennifer and Nya customer service is definitely 10/10

The room was large and comfortable, the staff were very helpful, and the restaurant was great for happy hour. The location was also excellent & within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and bars, while downtown was just a quick Uber or Lyft ride away. The only disappointment was that the rooftop bar and pool were not open despite the hot weather. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel

There was mold in the shower. A toilet that makes a horrible noise for several minutes after flushing. The room faced an alley filled with dumpsters that were rolled out at night and very very noisy. Then the trash pick up early in the morning with a back up horn that went on forever. The Valet service was horrible. I had to wait 1/2 hour just to pull into the hotel. I would never stay there again.
