I booked a double queen room and pre paid for the room with Expedia. when I arrived i was told that there are no more double bed rooms that it may have been given away to a member. This is unacceptable when I booked and paid for something and had to make do with one bed and couch as the other bed.

Good location close to the airport. Shuttle service was nice to have as well. Room was very clean and spacious. They did have a private pool party going on which caused a lot of over drunkness around the lobby area. Staff were super helpful.

Property was beautiful and so was the view, but the room had random stains everywhere on the cabinets and nightstands.

Clean and spacious rooms. Spacious lobby to sit and work. Good firm mattress.

The entire experience was great. The room was more than expected. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a hotel reservation we made at 11:55pm to stay and get a few hours of sleep due to a flight delay and missed connection. After getting pushed back to even later we arrived to get a few hours of sleep and were told we could not have our room since it was after midnight. A room that we paid in full for already! So had to go sleep at the airport for 5 hours. The hotel left a room sitting open that we paid $200 for just because we arrived after midnight. Waiting for hotels.com to refund our money for an unused room and they are not responding to multiple messages. Awful customer service by both the hotel and hotels.com

It was fine. Loud pool party going on so we couldn’t swim . Just ok
