The staff was nice and professional, but they were unable to improve our experience: some things can't be fixed. In this particular case, the A/C. I was in a conference, with multiple friends/colleagues. Every room was hot! And when I say hot, I mean "open your window because it's better outside hot". Now, the hotel may tell you that it was a heat wave and they couldn't do anything. But I arrived a few days before the heat wave and it was already unbearable. I complained, they came, "fixed" it (said it was working) but it was just like before: hot!!!

Rooms need air con in the spring / summer

Great for staying if you are going to the MECC. We saw Andre Rieu so it was very busy and only a few metres from the venue.

Good staff but room was “tired”. No plugs by the bedside, shower was in bath and not safe - no decent handles to grip on.

Perfect location if you have to be by the Randwyck area in Maastricht. Close to train and bus stations, some university schools, the MECC and the hospital are literally next door. Highly recommended!

very convenient for MECC , easy walk to Maastricht and bus right outside the door if you want. also train about 200m that is on mainline. Hotel good quality and good rooms , nice spa and breakfast. staff very friendly and seems to be fluent in Eng French, Dutch, German, Flemish etc. recommend for MECC events

Generally a comfortable stay but the WiFi is terrible and keeps dropping out. I was charged twice for breakfast on one day which I wasn’t aware of until I had left the hotel and got my email receipt. Overall it met requirements but it doesn’t stand out as exceptional

A little out of the way otherwise it was fine.
