Good location, good property, but there are gaps in the service. Lack of bellhops, lack of bartenders in the hotel cafe, almost constantly.

Slightly dated but had a nice feel. Marble, physical room keys and large wardrobe took me back. We had a large junior suite at a reasonable price. Separate double sink area and toilet, bidet, bath and shower. 15 minute walk through the park and over the bridge to the centre of town. OK for us but not so good for less mobile. Free soft drinks from mini bar if you skip room cleaning. One strange thing was that turning off lights by the bed also turned off the USB and mains sockets so phone did not charge overnight.

Breakfast was modest, parking safe.

Love the breakfast buffet. The bad part is that the A/C did not work in both our rooms. The 2 rooms we stayed in was 80 degrees even though the unit was set below 60 degrees. Besides that all went well - we were able to park our car in front of the hotel for free.

Decent hotel, AC didnt work, so room was hot even with windows open. Room had weird insect killer smell.

Beautiful place. Staff was fabulous! The hotel was lovely, great bed, nice patio off room. Bathtub/ shower was slippery and way too narrow and the shower head did not extend out far enough from the wall. Shower was not soothing. Only 2 electrical outlets- one low on the wall by the patio door and one in the bathroom. It made charging phones etc, challenging. Lastly the room key, even though it was a cute bell, it weighed at least a pound and was a hassle to haul around

Clean rooms, good service, excellent breakfast, highly recommended for business travellers. I always stay at this hotel in Parma
