Good parking, well presented, polite and helpfull staff. The bar and restaurant were faultless, although a little heavy on prices. Great location with easy access.

Very nice place to stay, so easy to walk, to the Dortmund Messe, breakfast was wonderful, and dinner menu fine.
Found the front desk staff very helpful and efficient with a most pleasant disposition, as were the restaurant staff.

It was a great hotel, breakfast was good and had a good selection. The rooms and facilities are a bit out dated, we were in the Junior suite and ir could use a re-design.

極佳 5 min walk from the BVB stadium which is why we were there. Very comfortable and nice place to stay for the match.
