Excellent bed, clean room. Attentive staff. Breakfast was substantial but not as tasty as other Kochi hotels. Spa is a bit disappointing, just average.

The laundry cleaning was almost more expensive than the hotel stay. They use sewage water for flushing. It causes the room to stink after flushes. 2/10 avoid if possible

I am stayed at 1208 and I would like to share my experience that I had with your staff. the room was not ready until 5 pm while my check in was 3 pm. I had to wait and keep follow up by when the room would be ready.The balcony is covered with dust and you cannot step out. The AC doesn't work and not sure if the staff has not checked that. The water leaks from iron box and not safe to use.
The staff response was not pleasant when i shared my experiences with them during the check out
